Both sections — Mathematics and Aptitude & Logical Reasoning — have individual cutoffs. You need to clear both sections independently; strength in one does not offset weakness in the other. Focus on both sections equally in your preparation.

No — NSET is a fully proctored online exam and requires a PC or laptop with a working webcam. Mobile phones are not permitted.

Up to 3 attempts per academic year, roughly once per month until attempts are exhausted. Reapplying voids your previous application and score — only your latest attempt counts.

No. Scaler School of Technology is a certificate-based program, not a university or college, and does not confer a degree on its own. Students who want a UGC-recognized Bachelor's degree separately enroll in a program such as IIT Madras's BS in Data Science & Applications or BITS Pilani's BSc (Hons) in Computer Science — these are run independently of SST with their own admissions and fees.

Scholarships are awarded for Year 1 based on your profile at the time of application; renewal in later years depends on academic performance. You can also reapply for a future NSET cycle if you don't get in on your first attempt — your most recent application is what counts.

You can reschedule once, for a ₹200 fee, up to 24 hours before your scheduled slot.
